What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Digital downloads are instantaneous. Printed charts are not available at this time.

Can I return a chart for a refund?

Given the nature of digital downloads, I will only issue a refund if I can see a chart has been inadvertently purchased more than once.
